Limitations of Liability and Indemnification. Jurisdiction. This Agreement or any dispute arising from this Agreement is governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to provisions of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be adjudicated in the state of Utah, specifically Salt Lake County.

Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will be in full force and effect.

Children. Minors are not eligible to use the Site and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes your entire Agreement with Site and Website Owner with respect to any services. And no other parties have rights under this agreement aside from User and Website Owner. Website owner also reserves any rights not expressly mentioned in this Agreement.

Testimonials. Any testimonials reflect an actual User’s experience with Site, but the testimonial is not a guarantee of an outcome for you as a User.

Waiver.
